Cinch Munson joined the World Liquid Gas Association on January 1, 2024 as an external consultant. Working as Business Development Director, Munson brings a wealth of experience to the WLGA and the association is delighted with this strong addition to the team.

Munson is a seasoned business development executive with years of experience creating value where businesses and markets intersect. Throughout his career, with a strong combination of leadership, strategy, creativity, and execution, he has consistently been able to identify and capitalize on market growth opportunities. He is a recognized public speaker and has a keen ability to build strong partnerships across industries.

In his new role, his responsibilities include industry outreach, advocacy, regulations, standards, and innovation of renewable liquid gases and applications. Prior to joining WLGA, Munson worked with Oberon Fuels, a renewable fuels producer, the Propane Education and Research Council, as well as other business development roles in energy and agriculture.

Munson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree from Colorado State University. Additionally, he has an executive MBA from The Power Business School and a certification in Negotiation & Leadership from Harvard Law School Executive Education.

Munson is based out of North Platte, Nebraska. He is married with three sons.
