Washington, DC – Women in Propane (WIP), an official business council of the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), recently launched a webinar series, Through the Leadership Lens Online. They are hosting their first webinar of 2023 on February 17th at 1:00 p.m. ET.
For many propane companies, the largest group of employees is over the age of 40. In some cases, they represent almost 60% of the entire team. This webinar focuses on attracting and retaining youth in propane, which is imperative for the industry’s survival. The Women in Propane Council invites you to engage in the live discussion, share your experience via polls and participate in a panel Q&A.
