PERC 2024 LEADERSHIP IN ENERGY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM – ONLINE APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED THROUGH DEC 31

Written on: December 11, 2023

PERC recently announced the 2024 Leadership in Energy Ambassadors program is open for all companies to nominate their emerging leaders! The deadline has been extended to December 31. Your company’s involvement in this initiative is instrumental in advancing the shared strategic priority of increasing propane’s voice in the national energy conversation. By nurturing talent and empowering future leaders as advocates, we can collectively improve the awareness and perception of propane. To be considered for this program, eligible individuals must:

– Receive a nomination from their company owner or CEO.
– Submit an online application before December 31, 2023, here.
– Complete the pre-work assigned in the online learning center (about 2 hours).
– Attend the 2024 Leadership in Energy Ambassadors Conference.
– Engage in post-conference activities that will highlight propane’s benefits in your community.

The Leadership in Energy Ambassadors Conference will be held on March 26-27th in Charleston, SC. Ambassadors will also be given the exclusive opportunity to tour the Southern Living Idea House where a broad range of propane appliances and new technology will be displayed.

In 2023, PERC proudly started with forty-four Energy Ambassadors, who have made significant contributions to amplifying propane’s voice on behalf of their companies in their own communities. Examples of their commitment include using social media to showcase propane’s innovations and environmental advantages and hosting community events to demonstrate what propane can make possible. They have continued to keep propane in the conversation by sharing their perspectives as podcast guests, writing letters to the editor, and starting weekly communications through their state newsletters.

PERC is confident that this event will provide your recommended individual with critical content, competency development, tools, and ongoing development to inspire them to find their voice in telling propane’s story.
