The emergency declaration applies to:

· Alabama

· Florida

· Georgia

· Kentucky

· Mississippi

· North Carolina

· South Carolina

The emergency declaration expires on October 28, 2022. You can download the FMCSA emergency declaration here.

The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) developed a guidance document on emergency declarations and waivers for state government. For more information, please contact NPGA’s Eric Sears at esears@npga.org.
