The PERC Education Program (PEP) is a new employee training program that’s function-based, modular, and completely customizable. PEP takes the key learnings from the Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) and broken it down in smaller, module-based learning paths that are task-specific. This valuable new training system puts the focus on training the necessary skills for specific jobs, ensuring employees are focused on learning the information they truly need.
As part of PERC’s ongoing efforts to support the industry and its partners during the transition from CETP to PEP, PERC has released a new tool to help users navigate PEP content. The CETP to PEP Comparison tool is now available on the PEP webpage to help users compare CETP and PEP programs side-by-side.
