On February 13, 2026, FMCSA issued a 21 State Regional Emergency Declaration Extension to February 28, 2026. The Declaration provides emergency regulatory relief from certain requirements in Part 395 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
In coordination with NPGA, the Declaration was granted based on data provided by NPGA member companies and the work of state executives.
